eva is...

I can't quite believe we've made it this far baby...

here's to the next 6, and the 6 after that, and after that...and...and...and..................................

there were sewing kits to open...

and many pins to push...

needlebooks to needle...

more dinosaurs...this time to eat...if feeling brave (those colours - yikes!)

in short much hilarity of one kind and another...

her sister enjoyed the fruit kebabs greatly...

(love that self-administered hairdo)

roll on next year is what I say!

Can I have a sewing kit like that one please, Mum?

Happy Birthday Ms Reva - 6 eh? Blimey...soon you'll be a teenager and staying out all night and scaring your mum as she remembers the kinds of things she got up to as a young un.

What a lovely sewing kit - I would be happy to receive something that beautiful myself! It's great that your six year old is already interested in sewing. Mine isn't ;-)

Happy birthday to Eva! She is the same age as my little girl. I've been planning on doing a similar present for Christmas (a long time away, but it's so much fun doing the research!) and so it has been lovely to see how you've put it all together - she must have been utterly delighted. I so love the little pin book, it all looks so special and I can imagine that she will treasure it for years to come. x
